These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and RXN Technologies LLC (“RXN Technologies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, software tools, subscription services, or any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Who can use our Services
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described there.
3. Your use of the Services
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information;
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access;
- Use the Services only for lawful, internal business purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Services, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive or unlawful activity.
4. Service scope and limitations
We aim to provide services as outlined in our current plan descriptions. You understand:
- We may adjust, update, or discontinue parts of the Services;
- We may use third-party tools or subcontractors;
- We do not guarantee specific results or error-free outcomes, especially given the complexity of platforms like Salesforce.

5. Intellectual property
All materials, tools, and content we provide as part of the Services are our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them solely for your internal business needs. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer our materials.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely and without compensation.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data and materials you provide to us (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
7. Payments and subscriptions
You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your chosen subscription or service plan. Payments are due upfront and are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in your plan.
We may change pricing with prior notice. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
8. Confidentiality
We will keep your confidential information secure and use it only to deliver the Services. You agree to do the same with our confidential information.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RXN Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is capped at $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
12. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Most issues can be resolved by contacting our support team. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration, waiving the right to trial by jury or class action. Arbitration will take place in the United States under applicable law.
13. Other legal terms
- Assignment: You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Appendix A: Scope of Services
We offer Salesforce system administration services as outlined in your chosen plan. Examples of supported tasks may include:
- Configurations and customizations;
- User management and permissions;
- Workflow automation (e.g., Flows, Process Builder);
- Reporting and dashboard setup;
- Basic data imports.
Excluded services (which may require separate agreements or referrals) include:
- Custom development or coding;
- Advanced integrations;
- Large-scale data migrations;
- Change management, user training, or UAT.
We reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis whether a request falls within your plan.
